Our business has been cloud-based since day one and our move will not affect any of our offerings or the quality of service we’re providing to our customers. However, payment processing and certain jobs may be delayed through mid-November. Web, email, and AI-powered IT services will be completely unaffected.
We rely on the internet for our internal and external communication to serve customers — not our physical locations. The technology we use in our daily operations will give our customers peace of mind knowing that we can continue to communicate with them regardless of how far we are in the move or where our office is located.
In other words, there won't be any changes with most of our services. We will continue to provide epic customer service and address any issues that you might have, just like what we have been doing since 2013. Our team is always present to ensure that you get the best web services.
